After a carrying out Closing Process Group, transition to the phase of development and improvement providing services -Negotiating terms with key business accounts; -Cooperating with all stakeholders

- Coordinating all activiites of Internal Projects Management Office - Monitoring and Conrtolling all subordinate internal projects - Budget, Risk and Projects Team Management (14 people) - Planning projects in terms of strategic scope - Cooperating with all stakeholders in terms of implemented projects - preparing reports for board on progress of work
