-Understanding overall business and roadmap of customer -Ensuring smooth and coherent delivery of the services -Team leading and workload distribution -Reporting to contract and account management -System analysis and requirement collection -Solution proposal and cost & effort estimation -Supporting/advising the customers for testing, deployment and operations of the solutions -Software development, incident management and troubleshooting

- Understanding customer needs and feedback, prioritizing the requirements, deciding product iterations and delivery timelines. - Requirements handling, translating business ideas into technical requirements, specifications and user stories, managing product backlog - Leading product development, planning and tracking development activities via agile methodologies (and tools like JIRA & Confluence) - Improving product development processes
