Heading the Commercial Real Estate financing franchise for Germany, Austria and Poland. Origination, strategic analysis, structuring, negotiation of key contracts and distribution for complex and sizeable deals (incl. pan-European deals). Management of a team of 4 front officers and of dedicated support functions. Specialisation on structured deals for all sectors (office, logistics, retail, as well as strong focus on healthcare, residential and hotel).

Heading the newly launched Real Estate financing franchise. Origination, coverage, execution, negotiation and internal team coordination. Management of a team of 3 front officers.

Real Estate department covering Germany. Origination, structuring, cash-flow, credit request and negotiation of loan documents (focus syndication and CMBS). Sole responsible in 2012 for the full loan book incl. distressed situations and strategic loan sales.
