Direct overall service department operations for Izasa Hospital (within WerfenLife) with an estimated value of business of +€50M. Manage a highly competent team of 11 direct reports (total of 24 employees) in Spain and Portugal. Enhance the operational efficiency of the organisation through implementing continuous improvement programme. Control Iberian service and support division operations with business value of €300M.

Head of the QMS for the Service BU in Iberia (Spain & Portugal). Among other responsibilities: startup of the quality systems (ISO 13485, ISO 9001, and ISO 14971) in Iberia in all departments forming the BU (Call center, administration, Field Service, Laboratory, sales). Apart of the quality function, in charge of Health & Safety and regulatory/compliance within the BU.

Responsible for the integral management of the quality system of 2 industrial plants in Spain, dedicated to the manufacturing and distribution of the product range of inert gases in EMEA and part of APAC, whilst leading a direct team of 4 FTE, and a budget. Member of the European Quality Committee, and reporting to the Director of operations and to the Global Quality director in the USA.

Head of the Quality and Technical Service to customers area whilst leading a team of 5 people and managing an annual budget. Member of the Management Committee whilst actively participating in the strategic decision-making of the company. In charge of the comprehensive management of the quality system, from the entry of materials up until their delivery to customers as well as the technical service. In charge of developing and promoting new services.

Management of the technical department whilst leading the projects, from the initial offer up until their start-up and finalisation. Responsible for the management of the relationship with final clients (Nestlé, Cargill…), for the search and selection of external suppliers for the facilities as well as the realisation of their budget. Management, adaptation and execution of maintenance contracts of the installed systems.

Technical manager of the Iberian area (Spain and Portugal), whilst leading the projects from the initial phase of the preparation of offers up until their start-up. Management of the relationship with the customer in order to get to know their needs and negotiate the agreements. Interrelation with companies of different sectors such as food, mass consumption, healthcare, chemical, amongst others.
