Manage and control project scope, schedule, budget, resources and quality standards for the ELV (Extra Low Voltage) Systems for the “Heart of Doha Project” (Msheireb Downtown Doha) - Phase 2 (~$25m contract). Leading a multi-disciplinary team of ~20 direct/100+ indirect resources, to ensure adherence to design specifications and industry standards aligned to end-to-end system integration.

Implemented major projects across Brazil (i.e. Arena Amazonia FWC 2014 Stadium) and Colombia (i.e. Bogota Eldorado International Airport - New Terminal) with gross margin increase of 3% and 7% respectively. Managed and implemented multiple projects for Brazil South Branch with a backlog of ~$2m worth.

Developed PLC’s and Scada Software for Industrial Refrigeration projects Implemented template procedures/documentations for the development of software applications intended for refrigeration installations. Executed configuration of motor drives, for industrial refrigeration equipment’s test & commissioning.

Developed projects of electrical panels (Motor Control Center Panels – MCCPs, and Command & Control Panels) using CAD software (CADdy) for Industrial refrigeration plants and equipment. Conducted in-loco Quality Control inspections and factory acceptance for panels at supplier’s sites.
