Reporting to the Vice-President, my responsibilities are : - Profit & Lost Responsibilities of the Business Line (Sales: 20 M$/year, 40M$/year bookings) - Strategic Alliances & Business Development Coordination - Sales channels implementation - Supervision of the Project/Product Management Team - Product Manufacturing & Distribution - Product Marketing & Management - Product Development Roadmap (5-years) - R&D Tax Credit Claims

- Supervise the Division Project Management Team. - Oversee and coordinate the execution of strategic projects (internal & external). - Implementation of the business strategy for the Division.

Enterprise Operational Managament, Day-to-Day Management (Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Legal, Finance, Administrative, etc.)

General Manager of the embedded system division. Responsable for the management of the engineering, project and manufacturing teams as well as the coordination of the sales and marketing efforts. Responsible to reach corporate, revenue and cost reduction goals.

Responsible for the strategic planification, cost reduction efforts, R&D coordination, sales and marketing structure.

Responsible to create and structure the project management best practices in the company R&D, operations and manufacturing departments. Management of all projects of the embedded systems division.

Responsibe to deliver within cost and schedule the projects under my reponsability. Management of R&D, manufacturing and operation teams.
