• First point of contact for incoming customer support calls and report unresolved issues to respective departments. • Receive and assign tickets according to their queue in the OTRS ticketing system and to timely respond and resolve client queries effectively. • Responsible for managing administrative server functions, by ensuring client backups are conducted on a daily basis, monitor disk space and networks. • In charge of overseeing all SSL Certificate related requests and issues.
