• Managed 9 digitalization projects with agile methodology, delivering digital products for both retail and SME • Led cross-segment stakeholder management with direct reporting to the responsible Management Board member • Establish the bank´s first agile-at-scale framework (Liquid Agile), which was subsequently adopted as the standard delivery model

• Led the development of a digital platform and ecosystem strategy for corporate banking clients • Introduced the first cloud application in the bank and established a new agile process model that became the blueprint for the bank´s cloud-first strategy • Conducted competitive analysis and presented digital ecosystem strategy to the Corporate Banking Board, resulting in approval for additional investment in API-based platform capabilities

• Managed the orderly wind-down and archiving of the entire custodian bank business, realizing cost savings while ensuring zero regulatory findings during BaFin-supervised decommissioning • Led cross-border implementation of a new settlement system across 18 locations in 12 countries (APAC, Americas, EMEA), coordinating with local regulators, operations teams and regional management • Delivered FX and money market system migrations

• Completed the bank´s competitive international trainee program, rotating through IT project management, business analysis and client management, including an international assignment in London • Earned IPMA Project Management certification (GPM, 2014)

• Built semantic data models and ad-hoc reporting solutions on the central data warehouse, extracting and consolidating data from operational upstream systems
