Developed the company’s exposition manual (MOE), MCM & Aircraft Maintenance Program (AMP). - Performed facility and aircraft audits and raised non-conformance reports; carried out follow-up and ensured compliance with safety and civil aviation regulatory requirements. - Raised Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for discrepant items; managed supplier CAPA feedback within QMS procedures.

- Maintained, inspected, and rectified instrument-system defects on F-7P fighter aircraft throughout full operational service life. Quality Assurance Evaluator: Conducted independent quality inspections and compliance audits of WP7B aero-engine overhaul processes and Lockheed Martin C-130 Hercules aircraft against PAF Technical Orders and approved maintenance data. Prepared formal quality audit reports, non-conformance records, and corrective-action plans.
