Designed the LLM analysis pipeline: models classify findings, assign CVSS-aligned severity and generate remediation advice. Compared several LLM providers on accuracy, cost and latency. Shipped with a full DevSecOps pipeline (SAST/DAST gates, dependency scans, peer review) and no known CVEs in any release.

Deployed and hardened WAN/LAN, VPN and Zero Trust segmentation at several UK client sites. Built Python monitoring and triage scripts that classify and route incidents and flag anomalous account activity to the SOC, cutting manual triage by 40%. Installed and integrated POS systems and documented every incident and fix in the ticketing system.

Led service desk operations (ticket queues, escalations, SLA compliance). Administered Microsoft 365 for 200+ users.
