Established and maintained communication with consultants and contractors to ensure smooth operation of the contract award process and reviewed variation of contract recommendations. Analysed, negotiated and amended proposals and technical specifications for conformity to contract requirements.

Managed multiple projects simultaneously from initial Sales handover through delivery and customer acceptance, with projects ranging up to EUR 2M in value.

Investigated and analysed yield, production and quality issues to identify root cause as well as prevent recurrence. Additionally detected trends in product behaviour for continuous improvement, most notably with development products.

Responsible for New Product Introduction (NPI) projects test procedures and buy-off for manufacturing release for optical lenses and provided key vendor support to resolve design issues.
