• Winter semester: Developed and taught the curriculum of course #78-633 ‘Introduction to Business Logistics Management’ for the Masters of Management program at the Centre for Executive and Professional Education, Odette School of Business. • Summer semester: accessed the University’s Centre for Teaching & Learning gained an understanding of interactive teaching and learning methods, advanced presentation and facilitation skills after attending various courses and workshops.

• Promoted to direct U.S. & Canadian operations with 30 staff & p.a. budget of $ 8 million. • Devised & deployed viable initiatives with a challenge to meet the corporate mandate. • First manager to receive score of zero non conformances during 2009 annual TÜV Audit. * Prepared & directed complex $ 1.3 million seamless international operations transfer, consolidating knowledge and assets.

• Directed 25-staff 32,000 sq.ft. facility with total responsibility for quality management of workshop, metrology and calibration lab and 38 sophisticated machine assemblies and controlled annual $ 3.5 million operations budget and capital investments. • Initiated a sweeping business review eradicating unnecessary expenses and reducing headcount, saving $1.4 million or 40% of operational budget. • Implemented company’s strategy for CIP, Kaizan Plus, 5S, value stream mapping and Six Sigma.
