My Gap year: One week before my final examination in high school, the first Covid lockdown started. All my plans before starting my studies: cancelled! No problem, I adapted. But there were dreams I had not forgotten. Dreams, I fulfilled these last months. I travelled, I worked at my favourite café, and I wrote stories that my heart needed to tell. Now, I am ready to chase other big dreams again.

My first time working full-time in a company! • Processed and analysed clinical data from a registry using machine learning algorithms in python • Gained knowledge of clinical practices, ethical standards, and regulatory frameworks of clinical research • Master Thesis “Examining the feasibility of applying machiene learning techniques to predict residual hearing preservation and hearing ability in speech perception after cochlear implantation”

Breakfast Hostess in a four-star hotel while studying at Umeå University I delivered high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment during early morning shifts (starting at 5am). I trained my reliability, time management, work under pressure, adaptability, and spontaneous problem-solving. I used my Swedish (and English) skills in a professional environment and acquired skills regarding customer service and teamwork.
