Managing all cost control activities for the multi-millions dollar projects and generating monthly ‘Earned Value reports’, ‘Plan Spent versus Actual Spent reports’, revise cost estimate at the end of every reporting period to generate ‘Forecast At Completion’, perform cost analysis and advise project leaders on cost over-runs in a timely manner so the corrective actions can be taken, develop generic ‘Projects Cost Structure’ & ‘Cost Account Codes under standard WBS for various project types

Managing of Procurement team, -Managing of Warehouse, -Preparation of Subcontractor/Supplier agreements and progress payments, -Preparation of material submittals and getting the approval of Consultant, -Controlling all Procurement and Inventory data

Responsible for assisting the Chief Accountant in his day-today functions and also performing administration fucntions in the office
