Sales managment, process and controlling is daily routine. Disposition and purchase weekly. I'm responsible for all business and trading affaires with China in the company. Customer consultance and support are a vital part of the job to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

As a bar leader, I hadba small team of up to 12 workers at a time, serving food and drinks to the customers. During early hours, daily planning was a routine, followed by controlling and inspection. During rushing hours, my job was to welcome and serve our customers to ensure their satisfaction, while I keep my eyes on my team, making sure that everything was going according to plan. Crisis managment was needed during rush hours, quick thinking and managment was neccessary to run the shop smoothly.
