- Development of strategies for UAE – Germany relationship building with focus on economic and cultural exchange - Proactive pursuit of German companies (from Start-up to members of the DAX) for investment opportunities in the UAE - Continued support to Strategy department in head office for specific projects and coaching and mentoring of core staff

- Driving and implementing the organization’s top-level strategy development through performance management and strategic initiatives. - Providing guidance and advice to senior leadership as well as supporting all employees in efforts to roll out the strategy and performance improvements, using a consultative approach. - Building local capacity in Strategy Department by recruiting and mentoring all staff.

- Voluntary work: Advisor on Strategy development, organization structure, performance and project management.

- Functional areas included corporate strategy and change management, performance and contractor management, interim management, organizational restructuring.

- Performance improvement project for the largest German Telecommunications Provider, developing and implementing measures with the aim to reduce billing cost and increase customer satisfaction.
