Innovation Project – Design Thinking, on the topic of customer experience 2020, in collaboration with the University of St. Gallen and Stanford University

Devolping stories/scripts for internal communication and training purposes for the customer experience management (CRM) department. This included the visualiation of stories by means of drawing, photography, film and editing of the material.

Design and production of all kind of luxury goods, involvement in the conception and planning of the company's communication activities, as well as the presentation and delivery of the products worldwide.
