Client: BMW AG Handling tickets efficiently in BMC Remedy & ITSM tool. Working on the Problem management ticket and giving root cause analysis to third level. Handling daily incidents which were reported by end user. Responsible for Management of Stocks and Goods movement for implementing GR, GI and Transfer posting. Maintaining GR for a number of PO and Goods Issue for various production orders and plant maintenance. Closely work with SRM team to get PR process flow smoothly.

Processed invoices and look after all the activities starting from procurement till the payment. Responsible for raising manual transaction requests to give special payment/s to vendors. Define Release Procedure for Purchase Requisition and external purchasing documents using 032 class types. Involve in configuration for Availability stock and Shelf life expiration date for specific MVT types.

Handling tickets efficiently by managing in BMC Remedy & ITSM tool. Generate weekly based reports & monitor orders to ensure the materials & services are delivered. Ensure Development & customization of SAP MM activities based on client specific requirement. Coordinating with warehouse team on solving issues related with GRN, Goods Issue & Transfer posting. Monitoring daily activities (Jobs, IDOCs).
