As a Product Manager for the Security Intelligence Service, I am responsible for Design, Build and sustenance of the Technology Platform used. My charter also involves coming up with the roadmap for how the Service must evolve with evolving threat landscape, market trends and the competition.

As Principal Consultant and SOC Manager, my responsibility included setting up and managing the Operations and Delivery capability of the Security Intelligence Center, as part of Wipro's Security Intelligence as a Service solution.

Here I was responsible for setting up the Operations of the Daimler Global IT SOC. Key responsibilities were SIEM Service Roll out, which involved coordination with various IT Departments for requirement mapping, sizing of solution, cost estimation, vendor coordination, Usecases, etc., Develop SIEM technical architecture, SIEM Usecases, Correlation Rules, Alerts, Reports, etc., New attack vectors, vulnerabilities, Intrusion Detection capabilities using Cyber Kill Chain & SOC Processes & Procedures.

At Hexaware Technologies, I was leading the Infrastructure Security Services practice where I managed all the Pre-sales, Consulting and Delivery engagements primarily in the SIEM and SOC solutions. My key responsibilities included: - Overseeing multi-phase, multi-dimensional and multi-resource projects, in the Infrastructure Security domain, from inception (RFP stage) to conclusion - Managing customer engagements - retention and growth, as well as new business opportunity identification and development

At Infosys, I managed a team of around 15 security engineers, handling multiple Enterprise Security projects. Some of these projects included: - Project Manager for the Enterprise SIEM Project and Global SOC implementation - Plan, Build and Operate - Infrastructure Audits & Risk Assessments - Application Security: Application White-listing, Endpoint Security - Product Evaluations - Security Architecture Reviews - Malware Analysis & Forensics - Vulnerability Assessments

Here, I was part of the Global SOC team, whose responsibilities included: Administration of Network Security devices (Firewalls, IDS, IPS, VPNs, Routers, Switches) hosted in Cable&Wireless data centers in the UK, Provide Intrusion Response services using ArcSight SIEM Solution, which included investigation and reporting of Security threats/attacks on customer networks, Provide DDoS services to customers using Cisco Guards, with a 15 min SLA, and perform VA & PT activities.

Here I was part of the NOC (Network Operations Center) team, providing remote infrastructure management services to clients, spread across the globe. My responsibilities included: • Network monitoring using SNMP tools like Nagios • Administration of security devices like firewalls, IDS & IPS • Configuration of Cisco Routers & Switches
