Development antimicrobial phenolic coating on dental implants through electro-deposition to combat implant associated infections. Research grant budget management. Documentation and maintenance of research protocols, standard operating procedures and laboratory safety documents. Reviewing research proposals and training intern students.

Development of durable antimicrobial wound dressing nanomaterials from biopolymers impregnated with antibiotics, polyphenols and antimicrobial peptide-polymers. Co-authored 7 research publications and 2 first authored in peer-reviewed indexed journals. Formulating and editing research article, protocols and safety documentation for research processes and training intern students on a regular basis. Liaising with vendors and equipment engineers, laboratory and research managers for lab audits.

Development of nanofibre based strategy for delivery of lipophilic antifungals for treatment in topical skin infections. Trained in electrospinning technology for nanofibre fabrication and characterization of nanomaterials.
