- Contributed to splitting a monolith Meteor app into smaller apps according to Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles, each focused on a distinct business subdomain. This ensured a clear separation of responsibilities and ownership across teams. - Implemented an event-driven architecture for seamless interaction between the new apps enhancing scalability and flexibility. - Introduced an internal design system for shared UI components, promoting reusability and consistency across the apps.

- Collaborated on the migration of a legacy JSP-based monolith into a modular cohesive app using React by implementing 100+ testable components, enhancing the scalability and maintainability of the new application. - Led the initiative to cover the most important features of the app with end-to-end tests. This helped achieve stability after the migration, reduced the bugs and boosted overall confidence in the team during deployments.
