Lead the development and execution of a cross-functional project portfolio strategy, enabling full visibility and control over projects across Sales, Service, Transport, Construction, and Regions. I oversee the intake, prioritization, and tracking of portfolio's and projects, align resource utilization with business needs, and ensure delivery quality and contractual compliance.

Facilitate and drive the transition from design to manufacturing (Industrialization) by verifying the design and processes. This involves refining the Manufacturing Baseline Package (MBP) through virtual and physical prototype builds, leading Vestas' global production facilities. • Defining a strategic roadmap for the verification of onshore & offshore blade design and processes, along with the introduction of new products. • Serving as a key member of the Blades Global Module Leadership Steerco.

Resources and Capability: • Leading Industrialization function with the strength of 100+ (engineers, project managers & department heads) across plant sites encompassing 5 functional areas. Mission: Plan, lead, and deliver the operations and manufacturing strategy for the business units multi-plant sites to secure customer delivery and profitability of business plans across operations value chain. • Overall strategy for projects development and overarching investment for plants, machines, and tools.

Direct all engineering activities while leading and developing a global team Development Engineers (Mechanical, Control & Electronics with embedded SW & digitalization engineers, and engineering services) including project managers and team leaders to realize the goals of Human Machine Interface devices business development i.e. electronic steering joysticks for off-highway vehicles.

• As a Project Manager, I had the key responsibility of ensuring the execution of R&D project from concept, detailed design, manufacture, assembly, testing, and acquire approvals for industry valve standards.

• Lead the design, development, testing, and documentation of various innovative idea projects for Sigra. Manage team of people during testing and commissioning of equipment in the mining field operations. Responsible for Design management and supervision of multidisciplinary projects. An active participant in business development activities, by meeting customers and participating in expos to promote Sigra’s products.
