Developed and implemented new Switchgear and Digitally connected (TH110 + Easergy Connect) product offers reporting to the PMO office with a multimillion Euro project budget. Strategically collaborated with marketing, design, industrialization, quality, finance, purchasing, and supply chain teams which lead to the effectively managed project including schedule, cost, quality, and resources. RESULTS: New Products with cost reduction by 10%, Gross Margin improvement by 6%.

Piloted projects to develop a new range of circuit breakers and switchgear products by meeting the scope, time, cost, quality, and resources collaborating with teams in India, France, the United Kingdom, and Germany. Successfully met targets on quality and cost of project and products delivering two RMU products. Proactively mitigated project and technical risks through identification and resolution. RESULTS: New innovative products introduced into the market replacing the older technology.

Led the technical activities to develop new products focusing on the value proposition, functionality, cost, and quality. Worked in France from 2012 to 2014 leading the design activities. Led design activities in France for 2 years working with experts and management. Collected data from Voice of the Customer (VOC) - challenged, and then proposed existing solutions. Defined work packages, sub-assemblies, and components design for design management. Provided the working plans and schedules
