Responsible for business analysis activities (process, data, platform and resources) for ongoing projects within GMF worldwide, to ensure that business requirements are clearly articulated and IT solutions are implemented as defined by the Business. Gathering Business requirements from the business team, translates them into Functional requirements, design solution Notes and coordinate their implementation.

Build functional and technical knowledge of GECARS application both from Business and IT perspective. Act as a liaison between IT and local business leaders to share the upcoming GECARS application changes/maintenance and potential business impact related information.

Application Life cycle management (ALM):  Working with Business solutions and Service Delivery team to implement ALM testing module.  Communicating requirements between business users, developers and system administrators.  Standardise ALM and SDLC process for ongoing and new SD/ IT project releases.  Centralizing the product releases, testing and defect management in one platform.

Single Point Of Contact (SPOC) :  Software prototype for unification of support processes across GE Capital Germany.  Creating Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN), UML case diagram and Gantt chart.  Configuration of CMDB in ServiceNow for Service Requests, incident and change requests.  Introducing change management via convincing leadership of the need to automate.  Defining Service Request, Incident and Change request workflow in ServiceNow.

my role involved end-to-end implementation of diverse products using CMS platforms such as Joomla, Drupal, and WordPress. This included automating processes for Merger & Acquisition approval, developing System Requirement Specification documents, and managing inventory through automation. I also facilitated legal case management application development, in-house server configuration, and provided end-user training and support documentation.
