I train newly developed Large Language Models to produce better generative content in Egyptian Arabic via reinforced learning techniques. My tasks include grading prompts and responses for safety, coherence, truthfulness, and other metrics and rewriting some responses accordingly.

At the foremost Portuguese pharmaceutical company, I conducted a proof-of concept on a novel single-step, continuous, membrane crystallization process, aiming to confirm that it can produce crystallite salts with a small and narrow particle size distibution, potentially for API crystallization.

I supported the sales team of one of the leading job boards in the MENA region, generating over 40 qualified leads for outbound sales in two months. I gained valuable experience in client searching, cold-calling, and handling various customer interactions.

I assisted my supervising professor in finding a better approach to modeling the thermodynamic behavior of ionic liquids, implented using Aspen Plus and CosmothermX.

I supported the mechanical department of this major oil and gas contractor, writing a materials selection report in compliance with NACE standards, learning about corrosion protection on offshore rigs in the process. I also utilized Aspen HYSYS to gather data for materials selection.
