Replaced manual process with Automated Sky’s B2B trading report for subscriber-based revenue performance using SaaS-relevant metrics (MRR, ARPU, churn, upsell, retention) for weekly and quarterly reporting. Conducted NPV profitability analysis comparing current Sky B2B offerings with a new digital offering to evaluate investment returns and cost structures.
