Studying the forecast and the consumption of the automated drilling units and elaborating a reporting tool using SAP Implementing and realizing a plan in order to reduce the inventory loss Standardizing the stores of the cutting tools using the 5S method: Extracting data on SAP, ABC Analysis, KPI’s, inventory supervision Managing a logisticians’ team in order to reconfigure the stores physically and evacuate the dead stocks.

Realizing a Supply Chain diagnosis – Identification of the stock valorization methods – Elaborating a VSM Cartography – Identifying the lead time – Defining the dead stocks.

Project Management: Analysis and optimization of the non-volatile memories used in the smart cards – Conception & presentation of the solution to the clients – Planning the follow up meetings Continuous Improvement of the “Test & Verification” Phase: Proposal and conception of an IT solution for the Optimization and automation of the « Test & Verification » phase - Proposal of the adequate KPI’s for the smooth running of this phase.
