Accomplishing my Master thesis titled "Applying agility in the Make and Plan Processes of the Semiconductor Industry's Supply Chain", as well as working as a supply chain planner for a group of products.

- Managed the technical spend (MRO, CAPEX) for the Ice Cream Factory and logistics spend. - Developed and implemented category sourcing strategies related to the technical spend that delivered a competitive advantage to the business. - Achieved savings of more than 15 MIO EGP (1.65 MIO EUR). - Contributed in optimizing the company’s working capital by improving the days payable outstanding (DPO) of the technical stream’s spend by 5 days.

- Was responsible for implementation of the corporate strategy for elevating production efficiency, and research and implementation of new ideas. - Conducted a daily review of the production process in order to provide a report to corporate office for required and / or suggested improvements to maximize production capacity and quality control.
