Reporting directly to the Delicatessen Manager , the responsibilities of the roleare to serve clients across the counter in the store, maintain hygiene in the working areas and order stock. In general , the tasks include ensuring all customers coming to the counter are served in sequence, with a positive sense of urgency, politely and respectfully. Preparing food and beverages for the clients, using the correct clean and safe methods according to the store requirements.

Working weekends to support the Branch Manager to issue monthly customer statements, inventory balancing against receipts, completing customer correspondence, filling and archiving of all branch financial documentation, using the in house accounting and stock system Auto-View

I had 2 weeks work experience organised by St. Marys High School Midleton in March 2014 and 1 week in March 2015. In these 3 weeks together I widened my experience and knowledge on office work. I was supporting the PA to the Managing Director CS Europe, completing 'minutes of meeting', filing correspondence and general office work and computer tasks, with MS Excel and Word. Where required, supporting the branch accounting department with customer statements and billing.
