Manager of the Inter IKEA Quality Support Centers in King of Prussia (US), Dortmund (DE), Shanghai (CN), who are in charge of organizing and managing all food, product- & supply quality deviations and the financial settlement of buyer claims (87 co-workers).

Responsible for running the IKEA Market Customer Distribution Centre unit in Switzerland serving the Swiss Retail market for IKEA and its customers as an internal Logistics provider. Lead, coach and develop a high performing and diverse organization (~250 employees + 26 nationalities). Manage and secure an efficient business unit delivering ordered goods within the agreed lead-time, in a sustainable way, and in the agreed quality to the lowest possible operational costs.
