Main responsibilities: - ensure process alignment in different areas of the company like Bid Management, Project Management, Services, Products and Business Administration; - ensure that global guidelines are observed in LAM region and respected under business perspective in each country; - develop new processes and tools to reduce non-conformance costs in implementation projects. After being invited to move to São Paulo I could develop other activities in different areas, like Project Management Office for Latin America: - implement tools and process to control projects in Brazil and Latin America, reporting them to company HeadQuarter (based in Munich); - promote and observe Project Management guidelines (PM@SEN) in order to guarantee best in class quality for every execution. Awarded with Best Practice for introducing a new tool to control and report projects to PMO team.

Working in Logistics and Sales areas my main activities were: - controlling equipments stock in Factory, dispatch and delivery to customers, produce customized reports and support for management presentations. Awarded as featured employee in 2005.

Starting my activities in this company in Business Administration area my main activities were: - financial analysis regarding contracts with customers, responsible for billing contracts and projects and reporting of new orders incomes.
