Responsibilities:  Project Planning & Chattering.  Design of Pitch converter system.  Design Emergency backup system for Pitch System.  Solving the DFIG and Pitch system related field issues. Worked on Tools:  Polarion software  SCADA Trinity  Excel  LTI Pitch system Project Handled:  Design of blade emergency backup system in 1.2MW, 2.3MW wind turbines using 7.2Ah, 12V lead acid batteries  Second Source qualification of 11.5 kW Pitch system.

Responsibilities:  Hardware design of inverters.  Converting the Value Engineering ideas into product Design.  Working with global team in design of Inverters.  Solving field issues & Discussion with Customers. Project Handled:  DC link coil cost down and design optimization for Drive ratings 230Vac -690Vac (0.25kW to 75kW) which saves 1.5Mk€/yr.  Collaborated with Finland team to Design Hardware & selection of components for 250KW AFE components.

 Design & Implementation of Integrated 60KW and 120kW Drive for BLDC Motor.  Design and Testing of Single phase 6.6 KVA inverters.  SMPS design for multiple project.
