- Key Account Manager for the customer Daimler in regards to the Audio business - Leadership of a crossfunctional customer team, including account management, marketing and engineering

• Build up a new Automotive Business Team for Europe, supervising 5 direct reports (Account Managers/ Account Specialists) • Develop and establish new processes to improve efficiency and profitability • Supervise business acquisition process, change management process and annual cost reduction negotiations with the OEMs to meet business targets • Main customers Audi and Porsche • Provide monthly business key metrics for upper management (TS16949, etc.)

• Lead a cross functional team, consisting of Engineering, Marketing and Business to win new business with Daimler • Revitalize relation ship to Mercedes Engineering, Purchasing and Product Marketing by organizing several technology shows etc.

• Marketing Support (Dealer Training/ Collateral Information/ Sales Tools) for the Italian Customers (Maserati/Ferrari) • Development and implementation of a marketing campaign focusing on increasing application rates in Germany for all Bose OEMs • Build up business relationship with Mazda Europe and provide marketing and sales support to maximize Bose application rates in Europe
