Founded and lead Blue Matter, a boutique consultancy specializing in business development, digital marketing & transformation, go-to-market strategy, and AI-driven growth across Asia Pacific Clients include Savaria Corporation (TSE: SIS), where I was engaged on a full-time consulting basis to serve as Commercial Director Asia Pacific from AUG 2022 to JUN 2025. For Savaria, I built the APAC commercial operations and go-to-market strategy across 10+ countries.

Led global marketing efforts for World Courier, a Cencora (formerly AmerisourceBergen) company specializing in specialty logistics and supply chain solutions for the healthcare sector. Developed & implemented global marketing strategies, restructured brand positioning, and drove lead gen initiatives across regional markets, contributing to significant revenue growth. Oversaw international marketing teams, brand management & digital transformation initiatives (including marketing automation and CRM tools).

Oversaw World Courier’s marketing activities across Asia Pacific. Centralized marketing operations, aligned regional sales and marketing strategies, and introduced digital marketing initiatives including email marketing (EDM), PPC, and SEO. Launched local-language websites in multiple Asian markets, significantly increasing regional brand visibility and lead generation.

Managed the North Asia region (China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and South Korea) for World Courier. Introduced CRM systems, optimized sales processes, and led financial and operational management initiatives that resulted in a successful business turnaround. Oversaw cross-country teams and implemented standardized sales campaign processes to drive commercial growth.

Set up and led the Thailand operations for World Courier, a Cencora (formerly AmerisourceBergen) company specializing in healthcare logistics and specialty transportation. Recruited, trained, and managed sales, operations, and finance teams, and established an independent agent network across Indochina. Spearheaded regional business development, driving customer acquisition and expanding market share through tailored logistics solutions.
