• Audit and review the models in Autodesk Revit. • Generate Architectural drawing set for consultants. • Conduct clash detection using Navisworks Manage. • Manage / Update BIM Project Model and Documents. • Review 3D IFC Models from consultants and contractors. • Publish and manage Clashes in BCF Manager (BIMCollab). • Prepare 3D Detail Model (LOD: 400).

• Research building codes and requirements and applied to design planning drawings. • Prepare drawings and charts for Building Applications, Sales plans and Declaration of closure. • Review calculations, schedules, drawings and documents for accuracy, functionality, and satisfactory completion. • Modify created designs on request of management or client. • Prepare technical drawings and documentation for approval by CAD/BIM software.

• Travel regularly to client meetings and building sites. • Revise drawings and layouts to accommodate changes. • Interact with clients to identify structural specifications, issues, location and budget. • Exchange information and ideas with other building design professionals to add to their pool of knowledge. • Calculate dimensions and allowances with accurate precision. • Supervise the activities of junior designers to ensure the accuracy of their tasks.
