Group accounting and group reporting as according to IFRS.

Consolidation of Group Financial Statements (US GAAP) Preparation of monthly, interim and year-end financial statements; Preparation of statuatory accounts; KPI preparation for Management group; Taxes and audit management; Ad-hoc reporting;

Consolidation of Group Financial Statements (IFRS) Preparation of monthly, interim and year-end financial statements; Preparation of statuatory accounts; KPI preparation for Management group; Taxes and audit management; Ad-hoc reporting;

Forecasting. Month-end and quarter closings. Reporting BS and inventories. Ad-hoc reporting. Business and decision support. ERP dimension maintenance.

Liquidity; Consolidation of corporate financial statements; Internal and external reporting (IFRS); Corporate control and risk management; Securities and other financial instruments; Annual Business Plan; Business support; support in processes;

Reconciliations: GL and intercompany transactions; Cash flow statements; Liquidity analysis; Payroll related questions: salaries, vacation pay and accruals, pensions, etc. Month-end closing: prepayments, accruals and commissions, fixed asset register and run; BS and P&L preparations; Tax preparations: VAT, payroll related fees and taxes; Audit questions and preparations; Business support;

Budget and forecast (monthly and annual); Reporting (operational and financial) - monthly, interim, quarter and year-end (flash, LoB, RO, KA, SLA, etc.) to direct and dotted line management; P&L analysis – variance analysis of business per month and quarter (on country and project/ contract level) Reconciliation and control: external and internal control over BS (risks and opportunities); Business Case: preparation and control of rental CIPs, customer and supplier pricing bids, small CapEx, etc. Audit

AP; AR; external and I/Co billings, debtor and creditor statements; manual and batch payments, etc. Bank and I/Co reconciliations; cash flow; liquidity Payroll related questions: salaries, vacation pay and accruals, pensions, etc. Month-end closing: prepayments, accruals and commissions, fixed asset register and run, journal vouchers, journal imports; BS preparations; Controlling: US GAAP, UK GAAP, IFRS;
