• Supporting in sales order planning in SAP. • Monitoring customer orders along the supply chain and analyzing delayed networks in Power BI. • Preparing process chart for optimization and implementation of new processes- China Comunication model, technology vs Region, etc.

• Responsible for preparing high quality working papers and reports, information memorandum, documents, MIS, dashboards and scorecards. • Completing business excellence projects across the business through the PMO model within the defined TATs. • Creating and contributing to innovative solutions in line with the process and quality improvement strategy at Glovve. • Analysing alternatives for the cost-effective processes to ensure quality excellence.

• Responsible for managing the warehouse(hub) operations & scale up of the Pune region. • Responsible for revenue growth and collections and driving performance-based scorecard for cluster, RCA on fluctuating metrics (KPI). • Responsible for reviewing Spill over cases, Mis-routed, delivery cooling, dispatch cooling cases leading CPB., Capacity planning on monthly load projections. • Responsible for driving projects at cluster level related to Infra and promoting DEPS (PPM)reporting & resolution.
