• Investigated coating-assisted sintering of SS316L stainless steel parts fabricated via Material Extrusion (MEX) to improve densification and reduce reliance on Hot Isostatic Pressing (HIP). • Applied SiC coatings using a dip-coating process with PVA binder to enhance coating adhesion prior to sintering. • Conducted experimental analysis on 50+ samples to evaluate dimensional consistency, repeatability, surface roughness, and coating uniformity using optical microscopy.
