• Translation of texts from German, French or Spanish into English • Texts span several disciplines but are mainly legal/marketing texts • Involves working to tight deadlines, high attention to detail, proof-reading, editing and being flexible

• One-to-one English language services with professionals from CBRE (Real Estate), Hispania (Asset Management) and Macmillan Publishing • Sessions include tailored help with all work-related tasks in English (e.g. presentation development, CV editing, proposal writing, translation), as well as general English tuition in areas such as fluency, pronunciation and grammatical accuracy

• Involvement in the whole project lifecycle from pre-sales (solution design, proposal writing, internal liaison surrounding costing of elements etc.) through to delivery of results and recommendations (in the format of presentations, written reports and data outputs) • Testing and suggesting improvements for marketing materials from adverts through to packaging designs • People management: mentoring graduates and monitoring their progress

• Involvement in the whole project lifecycle from pre-sales • Experience working across several sectors at a national and international level and in B2B and consumer environments. • Ability to design and carry out both quantitative and qualitative methodologies to answer pressing business questions • Project management and insight delivery of both customer experience trackers and ad hoc projects relating to new product development.

• Supporting my colleagues with their daily tasks • Using SAP to process order confirmations, delivery confirmations and to assist in making orders • Negotiating between suppliers and technicians in both English and German • Technical translations from German into English • Training new interns • Participating in meetings • Answering the phone in German, English and French
