Development of a business plan to implement a living lab within an iconic social housing project in the Estacion Central area. The objective is to test new energy saving and water efficiency technologies in dwellings and public spaces, with the overarching aim to recover a deprived area and transfer technology. In charge of coordinating the roles and relationship among all the stakeholders involved: Government, technology companies, residents and financers.

Credit Suisse: Undertook underwriting and handled loan management for commercial real estate debt totaling over EUR 600m. Working within the real estate finance and securitisation team in the European HQ, I lead a team of eight in the multi-party due diligence of the final mortgage book transaction. UHY London, National Asset Management Agency (NAMA): Valued and executed quality control to over a 100 loans totaling c. €1bn. Designed and coordinated the data management process between Situs and NAMA.

Worked in the planning, development and deployment of customization strategies and loyalty programs for clients in industries such as retail and food. Knowing the customer through CRM, I played a relevant role in analyzing and transforming insights into business results. Prepared quarterly category and shopper performance reports based on analysis of retailers trade data. Constructed methodologies to help on the segmentation of clients for CPG companies.
