Legal research and drafting support for individual complaints submitted to UN Treaty Bodies (CEDAW, CAT, CRC, CERD) on behalf of asylum seekers in Switzerland.

• Conducted four Human Rights Impact Assessments for multinational oil companies, producing actionable policy recommendations, aligning with UNGPs and OECD Guidelines. • Provided training and facilitated stakeholder engagement with companies, workers, authorities, and communities.

• Coordinated four research projects on climate change, just transition, prior consultation, and rights of nature. • Supervised and mentored junior researchers, expanding the Observatory from 6 to 30 members. • Organized over a dozen academic and multi-stakeholder events annually, including the VII UN Regional Forum on Business & Human Rights (2022).

• Litigation on constitutional and parliamentary matters. • Legal consulting on human rights, constitutional and immigration law for public entities

• Designed and implemented sustainability and human rights strategies for three SMEs in energy, security, and agriculture. • Supported ESG reporting processes aligned with GRI standards and human rights benchmarks.
