My main activities are: + Research on the engineering, modeling, and improvement of Information Systems for Cyber Physical Production Systems (CPPS) + Technical and Business Risk Modeling & Analysis in Information Systems Engineering + Design and development of Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards using Power BI

This position was mainly included: + Design and develop Power BI dashboards to analyze the performance of current Software Development Life-Cycle (SDLC) + Define, measure, analyze, and report on key project performance indicators (KPIs) to internal stakeholders + Data Integration from various data sources (databases, Rest API) + Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams using Jira to track project progress and issues

This position was mainly included: + Data Integration from different data sources using ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines + Data Exploration, Cleaning, and Visualization using Power BI and Python + Power BI Dashboard Design and Development to support Agile Data Analysis + Data Mining and ML projects in the area of Cyber-Physical Production Systems (CPPS)

+ Identification and documentation of business processes for companies/organizations + Analysis, modeling, and improvement of the business processes based on BPMN 2 + Development, test, and deployment of the modeled business processes in Didgah BPMS + Database design and implementation for storing, reporting, and analysis of the processes’ data and KPIs + Programming in C#.Net and working with Database for implementing the Business Rules + Providing workshop training on Business Process Management (BPM)

+ Contribution to the analysis, design, and testing of AutoBPM - a new Business Process Management System (BPMS developed) by the company. + Helping organizations/companies to define a roadmap for their Business Process Management (BPM) program + Identification, documentation, modeling, and improvement of business processes based on BPMN 2 (e.g. in IMEO & IranMICO) + Design, development, and testing of the processes in AutoBPM + Providing training on process modeling & AutoBPM administration

It was an international teamwork in the interdisciplinary area of Data Mining and Geographic Information System (GIS). My main contributions were as follows: + Data exploration and data analysis + Data Preprocessing and Transformation + Investigation, comparison, and applying the state-of-the-art Machine Learning algorithms for the purposes of Gully Erosion Mapping and Shallow Landslide Prediction. + Publication of the results in the top scientific journals of "Remote Sensing" and "Sensors" in Switzerland.

My main contributions in this project were: + Participation in customization and localization of BonitaBPM as a business analyst + Documentation and Modeling of the IT business processes based on BPMN 2.0 standard + Participation in the implementation and deployment of the modeled processes in the customized version of BonitaBPM + This project was defined by Iranian National Elites Foundation

The following activities were included: + Research on the appropriate ways of adopting CMMI + Participation in preparing SPI roadmap, action-plans, and task assignment + Supervision of the team members’ activities, reporting to Project Manager & CEO + Process documentation, adoption, and improvement based on CMMI 1.3 level 2 * Publish parts of the results in the respected journal of "Information and Software Technology" in Netherlands.

+ Study emphases: Software Process Improvement (SPI) and CMMI, plus the traditional subjects of the software engineering area. * Shiraz University is among the top 10 Iranian universities. * My Master thesis result was published as a scientific paper in the respected journal of Information and Software Technology, Netherlands.

+ Study emphases: Software Architecture, Object-Oriented Design, Modular CMS, Databases. + Bachelor’s Thesis: “Module Installer in Drupal and Joomla: Designing a new CMS based on structural analysis of these open-source projects”. (awarded as the best thesis in the Computer Engineering department)
