My role is to serve as a main contact in the bank for multinational corporate clients. I have to perform overall analysis of our client’s business, its qualitative aspects and some quantitative and give my recommendation for possible financing. I am responsible for soliciting and servicing existing and prospective clients with variety of bank services, such as loan financing, guarantees, cash management, FX transactions, escrow accounts and all other bank products.

My main job was initial analysis of any demand for financing of large companies, their businesses, financial statements and ability to generate profit from which they would finance their debts.

Testing of the balance sheet and income statement positions. Preparation of documentation for audit’s opinion. Checking of financial statements.

New business development, discussions with clients, project pre-due diligence (feasibility studies), country analysis, market analysis, financial analysis, business plan analysis and analysis of development political effects.

Preparation of daily reports on national foreign reserves. Clearing of transactions with foreign banks.
