This also included the integration and configuration of other services such as monitoring, backup and access solutions. - Responsible system engineer for the operation and construction of customer AWS platforms. - Configuration and patch management with Puppet. - Participate in 24-hour on-call duty. This includes reacting to and troubleshooting failures in systems and network components.
