- Directed and designed 3+ major projects per year - Equipped 11 substations (110kV) with telemechanics, digital sensors, organized digital RF communication, constructed a fiber-optic communication line between substations, improved the safety system - Designed an electric power monitoring and metering system for 5 substations - Communicated with customers and stakeholders (power transmission & distribution, equipment producers, power stations) - Supervised a team of 10 engineers and additional contractors

- Navigated 4 electric drive R&D projects, developed project ideas, secured and managed grants (+€120k total) - co-invented 5 patents for electrical drive systems - Authored & co-authored 25+ scientific articles in 10+ leading scientific journals of Russia, published 15+ collections of articles and results of scientific conferences (control systems for electric drives of cranes) - Modernized education methods after cooperation with the h_da Darmstadt, visited the partner university on a field trip
