• Responsible for vendor management ,deployment and handover of multitechnology Nokia MR10 BSS and Alcatel Lucent microwave network elements for KTRN Rwanda. Deployment -Installation, integration, and troubleshooting of Nokia MR10 BSS for Ooredoo Myanmar 2G-3G sharing project. • Managed and coordinated deployment of Nokia MR10 4GLTE, Modernization, U900, SCFT, and SRAN project in the country Madagascar for Airtel.

• Successfully managed team of engineers, deployment & acceptance and maintenance of Nokia equipment LTE+ 2G installation, swap & GUL(2G+3G+4G) SRAN project of 4500+ sites for Idea Cellular. • Experience in Nokia 2G, 3G, 4G, and SRAN technology, BSS operation and integration of various SRAN profiles to combine 2G, 3G & 4G LTE, BTS swap from MR, FLEXI & SIEMENS to NOKIA MR10 BTS.
