The online network, founded in April 2020 by Jessica Dewald and Bastian Buch, already connects over 100 mentors from around the world with those who are keen to learn, grow and advance in their personal development. CRF Health creates eCOA solutions. Joined the organisation 1 year after acquired by Private Equity firm Vitruvian with 320 employees. Grew the business to 750 permanent employees at the point of exit; 220 US, 220 Romania, 120 Finland and 190 UK. CRF Health stood at 650 in July 2018 when bought by GenStar, merging with Bracket. Offices in UK, US, Czech Republic, India, Japan. The newly merged company stood at 1800 personnel in February 2019. My role was moved from Europe to the US.

Originally joined in November 2013. The company were previously trading as Retroscreen Virology until April 2015 and then as hVIVO. The company conducted Clinical Trials around Influenza and Asthma. Requisitions filled 219 in 2014 and 256 in 2015, primarily in the UK including Physicians, Nurses, Research Scientists and also recruited a new Business Development team of six, comprising of Sales and Marketing types based in the US - East Coast and West Coast.
