-Coordinated field operations, providing technical support via PVsyst, and ensuring the prompt resolution of failures. -Managed O&M teams, prepared KPIs for technicians, and oversaw the optimization of field operations. -Managed the contracting of O&M services by negotiating with subcontractors for competitive pricing. -Managed all project documentation, including annual production and maintenance reports. -Provided technical support to the project team via PVsyst and actively participated in projects.

-Conducted field quality control, including IV Curve, insulation, thermal tests, and reporting as per IEC standards. -Acted as an inspector (FAT) during panel production, checking manufacturing and EL images. -Monitored the availability and monthly production via the SCADA system and calculated Performance Verification and reporting. -Conducted site evaluations and prepared batch simulations and general layout designs.

-I handle the modeling and feasibility of solar energy plants. -I conduct simulations for AC/DC cable layouts and select appropriate components. -I support the site manager during field operations and fill in for them when needed. -Previously, I served as assistant site manager for a 7840 kWp project at BMC Pınarbaşı, overseeing field workers, materials, and production issues. -I perform IV/Curve and Thermal tests for plant maintenance following the IEC 62446 standard.

Support was provided to the Line Engineer for the production improvements of the Electrical Assembly and Panel Manufacturing departments. Actions were taken according to Kaizen practices and the 5S principles to enhance the performance of the production line.

Electrical wiring diagrams and AC-DC voltage drop calculations have been made for the selected cables. Detailed project analyses have been conducted using the Pvsyst simulation program.

Preparation of technical education course materials and instructor assistance. Translation of technical education handouts and conducting laboratory experiments.

Participated in preparing proposals and drawings for renewable energy projects (specifically Solar Photovoltaic - PV projects).

Took part in the processes of flexible barrier production. Implemented improvements in ongoing processes within the technical office. Provided assistance in projects following the principles of Total Quality Management (TQM).

Quality processes were conducted in construction manufacturing. Layout plans were created using AutoCAD and SketchUp. Annual data was obtained using Pvsyst.
