• The layouts of various types of circuits were created in Cadence Virtuoso. • Matching, floorplanning, routing and verifications (DRC, LVS, ERC, R3MAP) have been done. • Used state-of-the-art layout techniques for matching, ESD, latch-up prevention and parasitic reduction.

• MMIC High Pass Filter and Low Pass Filter have been designed in ADS. • The layouts of the designed filters have been created and EM simulation has been runned. • Optimizations were performed to ensure the simulation results approach the ideal outcome

• Designed notch filter for RF frequencies using lumped and distributed elements in AWR Design Environment • Tested RF Switches and RF Filters via Vector Network Analyzer • Documented design processes thoroughly and presented findings clearly in reports and presentation

• Designed analog circuits for various applications, including schematic capture and layout design. • Utilized Cadence Virtuoso to simulate, analyze, and optimize analog circuit performance. • Conducted design rule checks (DRC) and layout versus schematic (LVS) checks to verify layout correctness. • Collaborated with the engineering team to troubleshoot and refine circuit designs, ensuring functionality a reliability.
