Functions: Sales Services Specialist for Vodafone, Grupo Santander and France Telecom. Goals: The main activities are the maintenance of an institutional relationship with the decision agents of the final client, the arrangement of new deals and their renewal. The coordination of the service architects’ team for the elaboration of the proposals and of the Service Managers’ team for the delivery of the sold services.

Functions: Service Manager. The maintenance of the relationships with the main SUN clients focused to ensure the fulfillment of the agreements reached and identify new business opportunities. To give support to the sales unit and collaborate in the sales strategies. The management of the groups assigned to the different accounts, costs controlling and suppliers hiring.

Functions: Service Operational Manager. Responsible for the implementation and the development of the SUN Preventive Service for Vodafone and OAMI. Responsibilities: The control of the projects’ costs: staff, consultants and partners. Control of the clients’ satisfaction. The establishment of the service’s goals as well as to ensure their achievement.
